In a blender, combine the following ingredients: 16 oz raw coconut water or raw almond milk 3 tablespoons plant-based protein powder 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 2 stalks celery 2 kale leaves 1/2 banana 1 tablespoon maca powder Blend until smooth, then enjoy this protein and fiber
